鉴于抽油杆杆头螺纹段常产生疲劳破坏,用James-Anderson方法研究了有预紧力的螺纹段存在表面裂纹缺陷时的应力强度因子,重点讨论了预紧力的影响,采用了预紧力分别为54,44,34kN的1.59cm抽油杆螺纹段试件,用降载勾线技术,动态监测信号,成功地解决了在试件断口上疲劳裂纹扩展过程的留印问题,取得了可靠的大量试验数据,经过数据处理和分析,得到了3种预紧力时的应力强度因子表达式,提出了44kN为1.59cm抽油杆的最佳预紧力。
In view of the fatigue damage often occurs in the threaded section of the sucker rod head, the stress intensity factor when there is a surface crack defect in the pre-stressed thread section is studied by James-Anderson method.
