长期以来,由于受应试教育思想的影响,教师对优生的作文能力充满信心,而对提高后进生的作文能力感到很困难。如果在一个班级里,只是一部分甚至是少部分学生有较高的作文能力,还有一部分学生的写作积极性没有调动起来,作文能力没有得到提高,那么这个班级的作文教学就谈不上素质教育。怎样才能提高后进生的写作能力呢?笔者认为可以从以下几个方面入手:
