Objective To investigate the various adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins combined with other drugs. Methods A total of 104 patients with adverse reactions of cephalosporins were selected as the control group, and 104 patients in the same period who had combined adverse reactions with cephalosporins and other drugs were selected as the study group. Retrospective analysis of two groups of patients with adverse reactions, causes and types of drugs, and compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction. Results The common adverse reactions of cephalosporins in combination therapy included anaphylaxis, double infection, adverse reactions of digestive system and urinary system adverse reactions. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction of the study group was 78.85% (82/104), which was significantly lower than that of the study group (94.23%, 98/104). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Patients with allergies, a history of allergies, alcohol consumption is an important factor affecting patients with adverse reactions. Cephalosporins in the third generation most prone to adverse reactions. Conclusion It is of great clinical value to explore various adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins in combination with other drugs in favor of clinical rational use of drugs and to improve the effectiveness and safety of cephalosporins.
