机械钻机的绞车、柴油机、钻井泵、并车箱等运转设备的启动及运转控制都是靠电控系统和气控系统来完成的。有一部分钻机的气路控制是通过电控系统来完成的,简称电控气。电控气系统在使用过程中出现问题较多,经常出现控制不灵及误动作,给正常生产造成很大的影响。本文从钻井队实例出发,叙述了电控气在使用中存在的问题及根据现场需求进行改造的方法。通过对电控气系统进行改造,提高了控制系统的可靠性,保证了钻井设备正常运行,确保钻井施工的连续性,提高施工安全。
Mechanical drilling winch, diesel engine, drilling pump, and car and other operating equipment, start-up and operation control are based on the electronic control system and the gas control system to complete. Some of the rig’s pneumatic control is done through the electronic control system, referred to as electrically controlled gas. Electric control gas system in the use of more problems arise, often appear to control the malfunction and malfunction, to the normal production of a great impact. Based on the example of drilling crew, this paper describes the problems existing in the use of electric controlled gas and the method of rebuilding according to the needs of the site. Through the transformation of the electric control gas system, the reliability of the control system is improved, the normal operation of the drilling equipment is ensured, the continuity of the drilling construction is ensured, and the construction safety is improved.
