近几年来,由于受多种因素的影响,技工学校普遍陷入了招生难、分配难的尴尬境地。究其原因,不外乎以下几点:一是高校连年扩招,造成了技校生源的相对短缺;二是企业改制,减员增效,用工需求相对减少;三是由于部分技校观念落后,管理落伍,教学质量不高。前两点是社会大气候造成的,属客观原因,第三点则属主观原因,完全可以通过深化改革来改变现状。因此,在当前市场竞争日趋激烈的严峻形势下,深化内部管理体制,最大限度的激活内部潜力,全面提高教学质量,才是走出低谷,摆脱困境的唯一出路。
