激光光斑能量密度是激光淬火关键工艺参数之一,直接影响着激光淬火温度场的形成。激光淬火过程中,激光枪头相对于工件表面的位姿直接确定激光光斑的大小,从而间接影响着激光光斑能量的密度分布。所以对于激光淬火来说,确定工件安装的实际位置至关重要。本文提出了一个确定工件实际安装位置的方法,从而避免由于安装误差而造成的激光枪头的位姿误差。通过传感器检测出工件安装时的三个特征点的坐标位置以及工件理想安装位置的坐标位置求解转换矩阵。利用转换矩阵实现对淬火路径各点位的正确求解,从而为确定激光淬火枪头相对于实际工件的可靠淬火位姿提供正确的工件安装信息。
Laser spot energy density is one of the key process parameters of laser quenching, which directly affects the formation of laser quenching temperature field. Laser quenching process, laser gun relative to the surface position of the workpiece position directly determines the size of the laser spot, which indirectly affects the laser spot energy density distribution. So for laser hardening, it is important to determine the actual location of the workpiece. In this paper, a method of determining the actual installation position of the workpiece is proposed to avoid the pose error of the laser tip due to the installation error. The sensor detects the coordinates of the three feature points when the workpiece is installed and the coordinate position of the ideal mounting position of the workpiece to solve the conversion matrix. The transformation matrices are used to get the correct solution of each point in the quenching path so as to provide the correct information of workpiece installation for determining the reliable quenching pose of the laser quenching tip relative to the actual workpiece.
