目的探讨体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)在肝脏和胰腺中的应用及研究进展。方法检索近年来国内外关于IVIM-DWI在肝脏和胰腺中应用的相关文献并对其进行综述。结果随着磁共振成像技术的不断发展,IVIM-DWI成为研究热点,现已越来越多地被应用于肝脏和胰腺中,弥补了传统扩散加权成像的不足。IVIM-DWI对评估肝纤维化或肝硬化、鉴别诊断肝脏恶性肿瘤、诊断胰腺癌以及鉴别诊断胰腺癌和肿块型胰腺炎有较高的价值。结论 IVIM-DWI对研究肝脏和胰腺有重要价值,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective To explore the application and progress of non-coherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging (IVIM-DWI) in the liver and pancreas. Methods The literature about the application of IVIM-DWI in liver and pancreas at home and abroad in recent years was retrieved and reviewed. Results With the continuous development of magnetic resonance imaging technology, IVIM-DWI has become a research hot spot and has been increasingly used in the liver and pancreas to make up for the deficiencies of traditional diffusion-weighted imaging. IVIM-DWI is of great value in the assessment of liver fibrosis or cirrhosis, the differential diagnosis of liver malignancy, the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the differential diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and mass pancreatitis. Conclusion IVIM-DWI is of great value in the study of the liver and pancreas, which deserves further study.
