由于农村广泛应用有机磷农药、误服、自服、吸入、皮肤吸收中毒者常常发生。既往采用“阿托品化”方法抢救、费力、费时、疗效慢,反跳多不易掌握。今年我院应用苯克磷抢救有机磷中毒疗效显著,报道如下:一、临床资料共抢救9例,口服中毒7例(DDV2例,10653例、辛硫磷1例,速灭杀丁1例)、呼吸及皮肤吸收2例(喷洒1065及辛硫磷+1065各一例)。轻度中度2例,中度中毒4例,重度中毒3例。男2例,女7例。二、药品器械及用药方法苯克磷注射液:一支含2ml。氯磷啶注射液1支含600mg、长效托宁、1支含1mg.(一)器械:胆碱酯酶快速测定盒壹个,有机磷毒物检测管一盒。方法:苯克磷用药方法:见附表。
As the widespread use of organophosphate pesticides in rural areas, mistakenly serving, self-service, inhalation, skin absorption poisoning often occur. This year our hospital application of phenytoin salvage organophosphate poisoning significant effect, reported as follows: First, the clinical data of 9 cases of total salvage, oral poisoning in 7 cases (DDV2 cases, 10653 cases, phoxim 1, killing 1 case) , Respiratory and skin absorption in 2 cases (spray 1065 and phoxim +1065 a case). Mild moderate in 2 cases, moderate poisoning in 4 cases, severe poisoning in 3 cases. 2 males and 7 females. Second, pharmaceutical equipment and medication Phenyl phosphate injection: a containing 2ml. A chlorothalonil injection containing 600mg, long-acting Tonin, 1 containing 1mg.
