利用中原油田原油,在室内模拟井下条件经微生物试验处理后,原油重质组分明显减少,轻质组分明显增加。对微生物耐温性试验表明,其温度在60~70℃时菌种最活跃,温度在85~95℃时,微生物仍可生存繁殖,并保持良好的运动性;菌液的耐盐性最高极限为17×104mg/L;菌液过滤能力在孔径0.45μm时出现堵塞,孔径1.2μm时可以通过。油田在14口井上进行了63井次的微生物单井吞吐实验,有12口井不同程度地见到了增产效果。
Using the crude oil from Zhongyuan Oilfield, after simulated underground conditions in the laboratory by microbial test, the heavy components of crude oil decreased obviously and the light components increased obviously. The test of temperature tolerance to microorganism showed that the strain was the most active when its temperature was between 60 and 70 ℃. The microorganism still survived and maintained its activity at the temperature of 85 ~ 95 ℃. The highest salt tolerance limit 17 × 104mg / L; bacterial liquid filtration capacity of 0.45μm pore size plugging occurs, the aperture can pass 1.2μm. Sixty-three micro-organisms single well stimulation experiments were carried out on 14 wells in the oilfield. In 12 wells, production stimulation effects were seen to varying degrees.
