通过对摩擦压力机工作现状的分析,提出了采用可编程控制器设计自动控制系统来取代人工控制。自动控制系统的设计分“硬件设计”、“软件设计”和“监控界面设计”3个部分。硬件设计以西门子S7—200为中心构建控制系统;软件设计以摩擦压力机的工作过程为主;监控界面设计则强调了WinCC flexible HMI软件的使用和触摸屏连接选项对应PLC连接地址等内容。
Based on the analysis of the working status of the friction press, a programmable controller design automation control system is proposed to replace the manual control. Automatic control system design points “hardware design”, “software design” and “monitoring interface design” 3 parts. Hardware Design Siemens S7-200 as the center to build control system; software design to friction press work process based; monitoring interface design emphasizes the use of WinCC flexible HMI software and touch screen connection options correspond PLC connection address and so on.
