井下电力监控系统实时监控煤矿供电设备的运行状态,其中电力监控的通信系统确保传递信息的实时性及准确性,是其最重要组成部分之一。设计了以地面主控计算机为通信的控制中心,井下监控单元为现场采集控制器,并分别基于以太网和RS485通讯,实现了远程数据光纤通信及设备层信息传输。试验与现场研究结果表明该通信方案能够稳定、高效、准确地实现信息传输,保证了系统的可靠运行。
Underground power monitoring system real-time monitoring of coal mine power supply equipment operating conditions, including power monitoring communication system to ensure the real-time transmission of information and accuracy, is one of the most important part. The control center is designed to communicate with the ground master computer. The downhole monitoring unit is a site collection controller. Based on Ethernet and RS485 communication, the remote data optical fiber communication and equipment layer information transmission are realized. The experimental and field research results show that this communication scheme can realize the information transmission stably, efficiently and accurately, and ensure the reliable operation of the system.
