根据某厂无缝钢管张力减径机组工艺规程,确定了热变形过程耦合组织演变模型,利用非线性有限元法,建立无缝钢管张力减径过程热、力、组织的多参量耦合数值分析模型。利用该模型对10机架实际张力减径轧制规程进行模拟计算,分析了钢管壁厚变化,形变、温度及微观组织的演变规律,并对轧后铁素体晶粒尺寸进行了实测对比。研究结果对研究张力减径过程金属内部微观组织演变规律、预报最终产品尺寸精度具有应用价值。
According to the technological regulation of the stretch-reducing unit of seamless steel tube in a certain factory, the coupled tissue evolution model of the hot deformation process was determined. By using the nonlinear finite element method, a multi-parameter coupled numerical analysis model of the heat, . The model was used to simulate the actual tension reducing and rolling schedule of 10 racks. The changes of wall thickness, deformation, temperature and microstructure of the steel tube were analyzed. The ferrite grain size after rolling was measured and compared. The results of the study on the tensile reduction process of the internal microstructure of the microstructure evolution, prediction of the final product dimensional accuracy has application value.
