近年来,中国的经济型酒店扩张非常迅速。然而繁荣的背后,也存在着供过于求,同质化竞争激烈,不少酒店入住率持续下滑,生存日益艰难等诸多难题。本文选择了数个行业内比较优秀的经济型酒店,以其做法为例,提出了七种经济型酒店转型的思路,供其他经济型酒店参考,以期帮助它们摆脱困境,再塑辉煌。 In recent years, China’s economy hotels have expanded very rapidly. However, behind the boom there are also many problems such as oversupply, fierce homogeneity, many hotel occupancy rates, and increasingly difficult living conditions. This article chooses several excellent budget hotels in our country. Taking its practice as an example, this article puts forward the ideas of seven kinds of budget hotel transformation, which can be used for reference to other budget hotels in order to help them get out of their predicament and reshape them.
