目前在光度分析中普通采用的工作曲线法,因样品溶液和标准溶液的成份不尽相同,就存在着一定程度的背景误差,使测量值的准确性降低。本文将多次标准加入法应用于光度分析,并提出一种直接计算机算法,从而可以消除或减少待测液中某些化学和物理因素的干扰,提高分析结果的准确度。一原理根据标准加入法原理,在特定波长和参比下,光度分析中多次标准加入法的朗伯-比耳定律可表示为: A_0=KC_x (1)
Currently used in photometric analysis commonly used curve method, due to the composition of the sample solution and standard solution are not the same, there is a certain degree of background error, the accuracy of the measured value decreases. In this paper, many standard addition methods are applied to photometric analysis, and a direct computer algorithm is proposed, which can eliminate or reduce the interference of some chemical and physical factors in the test solution and improve the accuracy of the analysis results.
