目的 研究大肠杆菌在空气中自然衰亡率的影响因素,提高消毒效果测试的准确性.方法 采用空气微生物采样器采样检测方法,对人工发生的大肠杆菌气溶胶性质及其稳定性进行了观察.结果 采用PALAS PLG 2000型气溶胶发生器产生的大肠杆菌气溶胶粒子粒径为0.65μm,粒子质量中值直径为1.00μm.在磷酸盐缓冲液中适当加入营养肉汤,可明显降低大肠杆菌气溶胶自然衰亡率.结论 实验室人工产生的大肠杆菌生物气溶胶粒子质量中值直径符合空气消毒实验要求,气溶胶介质对其稳定性有影响.“,”Objective To study the influence factor about the natural decay rate of Escherichia coli in air,improve the test accuracy of disinfection effect .Method The sampling method of Microbial Air Monitoring Systems was adopted to explore the aerosol property and stability of Escherichia coli Generated by artificial .Results The particle size of Escherichia coli aerosol particle produced by PALAS PLG 2000 aerosol generator were about 0.65μm,particle mass median diameter were 1.00 μm.The natural decay rate of Escherichia coli aerosol could be remarkable reduced by add appropriate amount of nu-tritious broth to the phosphoric acid buffer .Conclusion The mass median diameter of Escherichia coli aerosol produced by laboratory artificial accord is with the requirement of air disinfection experiment , aerosol medium has influences on its stability.
