校园和谐是社会和谐的基础。构建和谐校园,离不开学校思想政治工作,同时也向学校思想政治工作提出了新的更高的要求。学校思想政治工作只有与时俱进,不断创新,才能适应教育新形势发展的需要,才能在和谐校园建设中发挥更大的作用。本文作者以转变干部思想作风为出发点,着力探讨学校思想政治工作与和谐校园建设的理论关系及其实践性,拓宽了思想政治工作的新视野,为我们思考和谐校园建设提供了新视角。
Campus harmony is the foundation of social harmony. Building a harmonious campus is inseparable from the school’s ideological and political work, but also put forward new and higher requirements to the school’s ideological and political work. Only by advancing with the times and innovating constantly can the ideological and political work in schools adapt to the needs of the development of the new situation in education so as to play a greater role in the construction of a harmonious campus. Based on the change of cadre’s ideology and style, the author focuses on the theoretical relationship and practicality of ideological and political work in schools and the construction of a harmonious campus, broadens the new horizon of ideological and political work, and provides a new perspective for us to think about building a harmonious campus.
