泰能为近年来应用于临床重症细菌感染的新药。其严重副作用鲜见报道。我院今年曾收治1例应用泰能等致急性肾功能衰竭死亡的病人,现报道如下。患者女,71岁,因发热,咳嗽40天在外院应用头孢唑啉钠5天,青霉素5天,红霉素6天,环丙沙星5天等药物治疗。高热持续不退。于1998年4月29日到某医院就诊。既往有慢性肾盂肾炎病史30年,高血压病史20年,糖尿病史1年。入院查体:
