以晋旱125×昔野501杂交组合的亲本及选育的有代表性的4个特殊类型的后代为试验材料,通过实验室检测和大田考察相结合的方法,在正常供水和干旱胁迫的条件下,测定苗期和花荚期与抗旱性相关的生理指标,在花荚期水分敏感期对叶片相对含水量、持水力、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶以及酯酶同工酶等酶活性及谱带进行测定和分析,初步认为这一群体中抗旱性从强到弱的次序为:晋旱125、731(尖叶白花)、732(圆叶紫花)、昔野501、733(圆叶白花)、734(尖叶紫花)。
In this study, the parents of Jinyin12 × Xylo-501 combination and the representative four special types of offspring were selected as experimental materials. The order of drought resistance in this group was preliminarily as follows: Jinhan 125,731 (Jianpei white flowers), 732 (Round leaf purple flowers) Wild 501,733 (round white flowers), 734 (sharp purple flowers).
