医院文化已经成为医院生存和发展的重要战略资源和宝贵的物质及精神财富,目前许多医院都在致力于医院的文化建设,并且取得了相当成果,但也存在一些问题。文化的盲目、片面建设比较普遍,制度文化相对于物质文化、精神文化的建设来说比较滞后。笔者认为医院文化建设应协调发展,坚持“以人为本”的理念,打造医院的独特文化品牌。
Hospital culture has become an important strategic resource and valuable material and spiritual asset for the survival and development of the hospital. At present, many hospitals are committed to the cultural construction of the hospital and have achieved remarkable results. However, there are also some problems. Cultural blindness and one-sided construction are more common. Institutional culture is lagging behind that of material culture and spiritual culture. The author believes that the hospital culture should be coordinated development, adhere to the “people-oriented ” concept, build the hospital’s unique cultural brand.
