目的 探讨抗凝疗法对放射性脑病的治疗作用。方法 选择放射性脑病57 例随机分为治疗组( 力抗栓0-25/d 合用激素) 及对照组( 单用激素) ,两组病人在治疗前和治疗3 个月后分别作临床评分,凝血3 项等检查。结果 治疗组病人在3 个月后总有效率达83-0 % ,明显高于对照组的有效率(56-0 % ) ,血粘度,PA,APTT,FIB均有明显下降。结论 力抗栓配合激素治疗,通过改变微循环能有效地控制放射性脑病。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of anticoagulant therapy on radiation encephalopathy. Methods Fifty-seven patients with radiation-induced encephalopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (0-25 / d combination therapy) and control group (hormone alone). The clinical scores, coagulation 3 items such as inspection. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group after 3 months was 83-0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (56-0%). The blood viscosity, PA, APTT and FIB were significantly decreased. Conclusion With anti-suppository and hormone therapy, radiation encephalopathy can be effectively controlled by changing microcirculation.
