本文基于对柴油机涡流室进行的多年基础研究所获得的启示,设计了一种新型的涡流室结构以改善柴油机的性能。试验结果表明,在负荷特性曲线上,采用新型涡流室结构的柴油机和原机相比标定点油耗略低,但部分负荷时油耗降低较多,排温也有所降低,50%负荷时油耗降低达18g/(kW·h)。不仅如此,新燃烧室的冷起动性能也有较大改善。本文还通过放热规律分析了新燃烧室的燃烧特征。
Based on the enlightenment obtained from years of fundamental research on diesel swirl chamber, a new type of swirl chamber structure is designed to improve the performance of diesel engine. The test results show that the fuel consumption of diesel engine with new vortex chamber structure is slightly lower than that of the original one on the load characteristic curve, but the fuel consumption is reduced more at partial load and the exhaust temperature is also reduced. The fuel consumption is reduced by 50% 18g / (kW · h). Not only that, the new combustion chamber cold starting performance has also been greatly improved. In this paper, the combustion characteristics of the new combustion chamber are also analyzed by exothermic law.
