黄芪多糖并临床常规治疗脑血栓患者38例与一般临床治疗脑血栓患者30例,分别测血浆粘度ηp、纤维蛋白原含量 Fg、红细胞膜荧光偏振度P、血浆胆固醇TC、血浆甘油三脂TG、过氧化脂质LPO、超氧化物歧化酶SOD活性等指标。结果显示各组内治疗前,后比较ηp、Fg、TC、TG、LPO均显著降低(p<0.01)而SOD活性显著升高(p<0.01),两组间比较呈显著差异(p<0.01)。表明黄芪多糖能有效地改善微循环,消除自由基,提高红细胞膜流动性及超氧化物歧化酶的活性。
Astragalus Polysaccharide and clinical routine treatment of cerebral thrombosis in 38 patients and general clinical treatment of cerebral thrombosis in 30 patients, respectively measured plasma viscosity ηp, fibrinogen content Fg, red cell membrane fluorescence polarization P, plasma cholesterol TC, plasma triglyceride TG, Lipid peroxidation LPO, superoxide dismutase SOD activity and other indicators. The results showed that ηp, Fg, TC, TG, and LPO were significantly lower (p<0.01) and SOD activity was significantly increased (p<0.01) before and after treatment in each group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. (p<0.01). The results showed that astragalus polysaccharide can effectively improve microcirculation, eliminate free radicals, increase red cell membrane fluidity and superoxide dismutase activity.
