随着我国国民经济的迅速发展,住宅建筑量也愈来愈大,我国城镇建筑每年约为1亿平方米左右。在建筑中如何研究、应用、发展能耗低、保温好的新型轻质建筑材料,是值得重视的问题。住宅建筑的建造能耗也称一次性能耗,是指住宅在建造过程中所耗用的能源,包括材料能耗、运输能耗和施工能耗,一般材料能耗要占建造能耗的52.9~80.5%。砖混建筑的材料能耗最大,占建筑能耗的79%,框轻建筑较低,占建造能耗的52.9%。可见发展和应用新型轻质建筑材料是建筑节能的重要途径。
