使用PDC钻头钻井时,岩屑破碎得很细,通过岩屑录井来判断地层岩性十分困难。对PDC钻头切削刃进行了受力平衡分析,建立了地层识别因子与钻井操作参数、钻头结构参数的关系模型。根据已钻井的录井、测井、地质资料提取地层变化规律,利用随钻录井数据预测了地层岩性。编制了相应的地质分层软件,并进行了实例预测。预测结果与测井解释结果比较,符合率为65%~70%,说明该预测方法具有一定的有效性和实用性。
When drilling with a PDC bit, the cuttings are very finely broken, and it is very difficult to judge the lithology of the formation by cuttings logging. The PDC bit cutting edge is subjected to force balance analysis, and the relationship model between formation identification factor and drilling operation parameters and bit structure parameters is established. Based on the well logging, well logging and geologic data extraction of strata that have been drilled, the stratigraphic lithology is predicted by drilling logging data. The corresponding geological stratification software has been compiled and a case prediction has been made. The prediction results are compared with the logging interpretation results, and the coincidence rates are between 65% and 70%, indicating that the prediction method has some validity and practicability.
