介绍了表面机械研磨处理(SMAT)的原理和设备,概括了有色金属及合金经SMAT处理后的组织结构特征和晶粒细化机制。综述了近年来有色金属及合金的SMAT研究进展,分析了其对有色金属及合金的拉伸性能、耐磨性能、腐蚀性能和疲劳性能的影响,展望了该技术的应用前景和发展方向。
The principle and equipment of Surface Mechanical Abrasive Treatment (SMAT) are introduced. The microstructure and grain refinement mechanism of non-ferrous metals and alloys treated by SMAT are summarized. The research progress of SMAT for nonferrous metals and alloys in recent years is reviewed. The effects of nonferrous metals and alloys on the tensile, wear, corrosion and fatigue properties of nonferrous metals and alloys are analyzed. The application prospect and development direction are also discussed.
