森林资源是自然资源的重要组成部分,进入新世纪以来,我国林业实施以生态建设为主的林业发展战略,国家投入了大量的人力、物力,加速了生态环境建设进程。全国森林资源总量持续增长,随着时间的推移和建设规模的扩大,在局部暴露出有害生物发生频繁等问题,,因此,利用计算机和网络技术进行森林病虫害的预测、防治,有效的实施森林病虫害的可持续控灾,改善生态环境森林生态、对巩固和提高当前和今后生态环境建设有着重要的实际意义。
Forest resources are an important part of natural resources.
