在国家政策大力支持和老年群体自身需求旺盛的背景之下,提高老年群体的信息技术教育水平势在必行。笔者在增权理论的基础上,结合太原电大老年学院的实际情况,分析了老年群体在信息技术教育领域的“弱权”现状,并从增权理论的角度,提出提高老年群体信息技术教育水平的对策建议。
