六辊冷轧机轧辊横移和弯辊力设定策略分析

简要分析了单机架可逆式六辊轧机中间辊横移,工作辊弯辊和中间辊弯辊对于轧件平直度和凸度的影响。提出了在三自由度情况下,引入轧辊磨损和横移位移关系的约束条件之后,得到中间辊弯辊和工作辊弯辊设定二自由度系统。然后假设二者在允许设定范围中间值作为迭代计算的初始值,获得弯辊力设定值。最终获得优化的三自由度系统设定值。通过大量的离线计算,然后对结果进行了分析,得到适合在线设定计算的简化模型。目前该项工作正在被工业实践所验证。 The effects of intermediate roll shifting, work roll bending and intermediate roll bending on the straightness and crown of the rolling stock are briefly analyzed. In the case of three degrees of freedom, the two-degree-of-freedom system of intermediate roll bending and work roll bending is established after introducing the constraints of roll wear and displacement. Then suppose that both of them allow the middle of the set range as the initial value of the iterative calculation to obtain the bending force set point. Ultimately get optimized three-DOF system settings. Through a lot of offline calculations, and then the results were analyzed to get a simplified model for online setting calculation. This work is currently being validated by industrial practice.
