在过去10多年,很多地方实施公办初、高中脱钩,脱钩后的初中部成为名校名下的一所民办学校,这也成为一种比较通行的做法。随之带来的问题确实也不少,一方面,按这种模式运作的民办学校,如果从《民办教育促进法》及其实施条例的相关规定和要求看,办学不规范问题一直比较突出;另一方面,随着民办优质初中资源的增加,在一定程度上增加了家长的经济负担。公办名校复办初中对上述问题的解决会有一定帮助,似乎是一件好事。
