用薄层色谱法,研究了正丙醇体系的四种展开剂中各组份比例变化对部分金属离子分离的影响:(1)展开剂Ⅰ——正丙醇/乙酸乙酯/浓HNO_3的最佳体积比为10∶30∶1.0时,可成功地分离Pb~(2+)—Fe~(3+)—Ni~(2+)—Co~(2+)(或Cd~(2+)、Zn~(2+))—Cu~(2+).(2)展开剂Ⅱ——正丙醇/二氯甲烷/浓HNO_3的体积比为10∶30∶1.0时,可将Sn~(4+)与Co~(2+)、Cd~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、Cu~(2+)分开;而当选用其体积比为30∶10∶1.0时,可满意地分离Pb~(2+)—Fe~(3+)—Cd~(2+)(或Ni~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Cu~(2+)).(3)展开剂Ⅲ——正丙醇/环已烷/无水乙醇/浓HNO_3的体积比为20∶15∶15∶1.0时可获得Pb~(2+)—Fe~(3+)—Cd~(2+)—Co~(2+)(或Zn~(2+)、Cu~(2+))的完全分离。(4)展开剂Ⅳ——正丙醇/石油醚/四氢呋喃/浓HNO_3的体积比为25∶15∶15∶1.0时,可将Pb~(2+)—Fe~(3+)—Ni~(2+)(或Co~(2+)、Cd~(2+))—Zn~(2+)(或Cu~(2+))分离。
Using thin layer chromatography, the influence of the proportion of each component in four solvents of n-propanol system on the separation of some metal ions was studied: (1) Expansion agent Ⅰ - n-propanol / ethyl acetate / concentrated HNO 3 When the optimum volume ratio is 10: 30: 1.0, Pb ~ (2 +) - Fe ~ (3 +) - Ni ~ (2+) - Co ~ (2 +) ), Zn ~ (2 +) - Cu ~ (2 +). (2) When the volume ratio of developing solvent Ⅱ-n-propanol / dichloromethane / concentrated HNO_3 is 10:30:1.0, (4+) is separated from Co 2+, Cd 2+, Zn 2+, Ni 2+ and Cu 2+, but when the volume ratio is 30: (2 +) - Fe ~ (3 +) - Cd ~ (2 +) (or Ni ~ (2 +), Co ~ (2 +), Zn ~ (2+) ), Cu ~ (2 +)). (3) When the volume ratio of n-propanol / cyclohexane / absolute ethanol to concentrated HNO3 is 20:15:15:1.0, Complete separation of Fe ~ (3 +) - Cd ~ (2 +) - Co ~ (2 +) (or Zn ~ (2 +) and Cu ~ (2+) (4) When the volume ratio of n-propanol / petroleum ether / tetrahydrofuran / concentrated HNO3 is 25:15:15:1.0, (2 +) (or Co ~ (2 +), Cd ~ (2 +)) - Zn ~ (2 +) or Cu ~ (2+).
