本文着重从清代商人由流寓转向土著、超越乡井以及由边缘走向中心等方面考察了这一时期商人经营方式的一些变化趋向。在这些转换当中 ,会馆起了积极的作用。本来是借鉴官僚阶层做法所组建的会馆 ,逐渐成为明清时期商人的重要活动场所。通过会馆 ,商帮得以壮大发展 ;通过会馆 ,各不同商帮得以进行平等的商业对话 ,进行彼此的交流 ,从而实现了由乡井到超越乡井的跨越。会馆、公所直至商会是商人经营方式转换的阶段性产物 ,各自具有自己的工作重点 ,但试图以地缘、业缘或超越地缘业缘来区分三者 ,往往亦有失偏颇
This article focuses on the changes of traders’ management mode in this period from the aspects of turning traders into aborigines in the Qing Dynasty, surpassing townships and going from the periphery to the center.
