大学生是祖国的未来与希望,大学生体质健康状况却令人堪忧,多年来呈下降趋势。学校体育作为教育的重要组成部分具有一定的强制性,实施强制体育对改善当前体质下降趋势具有指导意义。通过对普通高校体育教学实施强制的实践层面进行分析,提出普通高校体育教学应正确认识推进强制体育,并不断完善课程评价体系,重视过程性评价,为推动我国普高校体育课程建设及教学改革提供理论依据,为普通高校体育工作者教学实践提供指导,为高校强制体育的实施提供强有力的理论支撑。
Undergraduates are the future and hope of the motherland, while the physical health status of undergraduates is worrying and has been declining over the years. School physical education as an important part of education has a certain compulsion, the implementation of compulsory sports to improve the current trend of physical decline has guiding significance. By analyzing the compulsory practice level of physical education teaching in ordinary colleges and universities, it is suggested that PE teaching in colleges and universities should correctly understand and promote compulsive sports, improve the curriculum evaluation system, attach importance to procedural evaluation, and provide impetus for the construction of PE curriculums and teaching reform in general colleges and universities in our country Theoretical basis for the teaching of ordinary college PE practitioners to provide guidance for the implementation of compulsory sports colleges and universities to provide a strong theoretical support.
