为进一步提高多层压力容器的深环缝的焊接质量,我们在筒节端面层板间隙处开坡口进行封焊,以克服夹渣、裂缝等缺陷。层板间隙间封焊方法很多,一般用手工焊、埋弧焊、气体保护焊等。手工焊生产率低,埋弧焊看不见熔池,易产生缺陷。我厂选用气体保护焊,工件转动,焊炬不动,用φ1.6mm,H08Mn2Si焊丝,CO_2气体保护焊接,坡口尺寸见图1。封焊后,经检查出现下列问题:
In order to further improve the welding quality of deep annular joints in multi-layer pressure vessels, we welded the groove at the groove of the cylinder plate end face to overcome the defects of slag inclusion and cracks.
