在团队建设上,微软和宜家家居两家行业顶尖公司走了截然不同的两条路。即使这两家公司分属不同行业,但两者之间明显的区别仍然值得玩味。微软有着极其明确的分工和周密的流程设计,每一个团队成员都十分清楚自己的职责,自己的工作在整体中的位置和顺序以及时间进度。这种团队建设的魅力在于,由于分工明确,而且每个人都无法被他人替代,因此彼此都互相尊重,同时敢于提出自己的不同见解。最后则是大家都有明确的共同目标:让产品按时并高质量地完成。
Team building, Microsoft and IKEA two leading companies in the industry took two completely different ways. Even if the two companies belong to different industries, the obvious difference between the two is still worth pondering. Microsoft has a very clear division of labor and careful process design, each team members are very aware of their responsibilities, their own work in the overall position and sequence, as well as the progress of time. The beauty of this team-building is that, with a clear division of labor and the inability of others to be replaced by others, each is respectful of each other and daring to come up with their own different opinions. Finally, we all have a clear common goal: to make products on time and high quality to complete.
