基于某矿705工作面煤层具有冲击、突出复合型动力灾害危险,提出了应用高压水射流旋转割煤一体化技术防治的思路,以理论计算,数值模拟及现场实测对巷帮煤体中应力及瓦斯分布规律进行了研究,从应力转移和释放、增强煤体透气性的角度对复合型动力灾害进行现场防治。研究结果表明:一体化防治技术能够使巷帮煤体中高集中应力转化为内外低集中应力;同时,能够保持较长时间的瓦斯抽放高浓度值。
Based on the impact of the coal seam in the 705 face of a mine and the danger of compound dynamic disasters, this paper puts forward a train of thought to prevent and control the coal seam with high pressure water jet rotating coal cutting. By theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field measurement, Gas distribution law was studied, from the perspective of stress transfer and release, enhance gas permeability of composite dynamic disaster prevention and control of the scene. The results show that the integrated prevention and control technology can convert the high concentration stress of alluvial coal into low concentration stress inside and outside of the coal; meanwhile, it can maintain the high concentration of gas drainage for a long time.
