探讨了斗轮驱动系统对斗轮堆取料机整机性能的影响,对常用斗轮驱动系统的特点进行了分析,在斗轮驱动系统设计中采用低速大扭矩液压马达和行星齿轮传动的驱动系统,建立了该驱动系统中减速器的优化设计数学模型,编制了相应的设计程序,并对典型系统进行了设计。研究表明:采用新型斗轮驱动系统,并结合优化设计方法,大大减小了系统的质量,有效地改善了整机的性能。
The influence of bucket wheel drive system on the performance of bucket stacker and reclaimer was analyzed. The characteristics of common bucket wheel drive system were analyzed. The design of bucket wheel drive system was driven by low speed high torque hydraulic motor and planetary gear drive System, the optimal design mathematical model of reducer in this drive system is established, the corresponding design program is compiled, and the typical system is designed. The research shows that the new bucket wheel drive system and the optimized design method can greatly reduce the quality of the system and effectively improve the performance of the whole machine.
