以酸水解法测定了３种口腔厌氧菌荚膜的氨基酸组成，结果显示：３种荚膜氨基酸组成基本相似，谷氨酸、丙氨酸和甘氨酸为主要氨基酸组成成份，ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ显示多条带，说明３种荚膜的组成成份比较复杂。
The amino acid composition of three kinds of oral anaerobic bacteria capsule was determined by acid hydrolysis method. The results showed that the three kinds of capsular amino acid composition were basically similar, glutamic acid, alanine and glycine were the main amino acid components, SDS-PAGE Bands, indicating that the composition of the three kinds of capsules more complicated.
