This study used a combination of laboratory and field methods to conduct a series of studies on the issues related to the transmission of epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus (EHFV) through wounds. The results showed that mice infected with EHFV excreted through the urine, excreted in the external environment (4 ~ 15 ℃) can survive for 24 hours; 5ID50 / ml of EHFV suspension can be significantly damaged epidermis in mice infected. The results of the investigation of house mouse and wild mouse type epidemic areas also showed that the skin damage was the main factor in the transmission of EHF between rats, and the close contact between mice and parasitic insect bites were the secondary factors.
