目的:探讨早期应用亚低温治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)表达的影响。方法:18例重型颅脑外伤患者(GCS评分≤8分)随机分为亚低温组和对照组。通过双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测患者伤后第1、3、5 d血清中sICAM-1的表达情况。结果:亚低温患者组第3、5 d血清中的sICAM-1表达量均明显低于对照组相应时间点(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温治疗能减少重型颅脑损伤患者血清中sICAM-1的表达,有助于减轻颅脑外伤后的脑炎症反应所致的继发性脑损害。
Objective: To investigate the effect of early mild hypothermia therapy on serum sICAM-1 expression in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods: Eighteen patients with severe traumatic brain injury (GCS score ≤8) were randomly divided into mild hypothermia group and control group. Serum sICAM-1 expression was detected by ELISA on the 1st, 3rd, 5th day after injury. Results: The expression of sICAM-1 in serum of the mild hypothermia patients at the 3rd and 5th day were significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Mild hypothermia can reduce the expression of sICAM-1 in the serum of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and reduce the secondary brain damage caused by brain inflammatory reaction after craniocerebral injury.
