目的:探讨川芎嗪对大鼠类风湿性关节炎(RA)肺功能损伤IL-17与Foxp3表达。方法:40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、川芎嗪低剂量组、川芎嗪高剂量组和雷公藤阳性药物对照组。应用免疫组化方法观察大鼠肺组织IL-17与Foxp3的表达。结果:和正常组相比,模型组IL-17表达增强,Foxp3表达降低(P<0.05);经过川芎嗪和雷公藤药物处理后,IL-17表达降低而Foxp3表达有所回升(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪能改善RA大鼠肺部炎症,机制与调控IL-17与Foxp3表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of ligustrazine on the expression of IL-17 and Foxp3 in rats with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, ligustrazine low dose group, ligustrazine high dose group and Tripterygium wilfordii positive drug control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of IL-17 and Foxp3 in lung tissue of rats. Results: Compared with the normal group, the expression of IL-17 increased and the expression of Foxp3 decreased (P <0.05). After treatment with ligustrazine and tripterygium wilfordii, the expression of IL-17 decreased and the expression of Foxp3 increased ). CONCLUSION: Tetramethylpyrazine can improve lung inflammation in RA rats and its mechanism is related to the regulation of IL-17 and Foxp3 expression.
