香菇熟料袋栽比段木栽生产周期短,产量高,因培养料灭菌消耗能源多,制作菌棒工序繁杂。目前已有报道用生料块式栽培,但是这种栽培方法菌种用量多,发菌温度条件要求较严。因此,探索一种菌种用量少,能在与熟料制袋接种同等气温条件下的生料栽培方法是必要的。我们经过多年试验,已形成了配套的生料袋式栽培工艺,现把1989年中间试验的结果简报如下。材料和方法(一)供试材料菌种为L_(11)和L_(12)引自本院地热研究所。培养料配方为蔗渣85%、麸皮12%、石膏2%、白糖1%。(二)菌棒制作蔗渣粉碎后配料,料水比为1:1.2。培养料中另加HBS 药物(即香菇培养料防腐剂,系由水杨酸、苯甲酸、柠檬酸等配制而成)适量。袋规格为15×54cm,装干料约0.6kg。开放定位接种10点。L_(11)于9月17~18日接种,L_(12)于20~21日接种,用种量3~4%。菌棒井字形叠放,自然室温发菌。菌丝55~65天长满袋。
