在玻碳电极上用电化学方法制备了聚吡 口罗 红Y修饰膜电极 ,并研究了此电极上多巴胺的电化学行为及其检测 聚吡 口罗 红Y修饰电极对多巴胺有良好的电催化能力 ,循环伏安图上出现一对灵敏、可逆的氧化还原峰 在最佳条件下 ,氧化峰电流与多巴胺浓度在 5 6× 10 -7~ 3 2× 10 -3 mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系 ,开路富集 2min ,检测限为 1 2× 10 -8mol/L 用于多巴胺针剂含量的测定 ,结果满意
Polyglucono Y modified electrode was prepared on glassy carbon electrode by electrochemical method. The electrochemical behavior of dopamine on this electrode and the electrochemical detection of polypyrrolil Y modified electrode on dopamine were investigated. A series of sensitive and reversible redox peaks appeared on the cyclic voltammogram. Under the optimal conditions, the oxidation peak current and dopamine concentration were good in the range of 5 6 × 10 -7 ~ 3 2 × 10 -3 mol / L Linear relationship, open enrichment 2min, detection limit of 1 2 × 10 -8mol / L for the determination of dopamine injections, the results were satisfactory
