研究了全缘叶蓝刺头(EchinopsintegrifoliusKar.et Kr.i)根的化学成分.采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、半制备HPLC、制备薄层色谱及重结晶等技术手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、核磁共振波谱及质谱数据鉴定结构.结果从全缘叶蓝刺头根乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位及乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为大黄素甲醚(1)、(+)-11α,13-二氢去氢木香内酯(2)、豆甾醇(3)、7-羟基香豆素(4)、东莨菪素(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)和茵芋苷(7),其中化合物6是首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、5和7是首次从蓝刺头属中分离得到.
The chemical constituents of the root of Echinops integrifolius Kar.et Kr.i were studied by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex column chromatography, semi-preparative HPLC, preparative thin layer chromatography and recrystallization. Other techniques were used to separate and purify. Structures were identified by physicochemical properties, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract fraction and the ethyl acetate extract fraction of the ethanol extract from the root of T. oleifera. It was identified as emodin (1), (+)-11α,13-dihydrodeshydrogalatone lactone (2), stigmasterol (3), 7-hydroxycoumarin (4), orosfamide ( 5) P-hydroxybenzoic acid (6) and Alysin (7), of which compound 6 was isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 2, 5, and 7 were isolated for the first time from the genus Acanthus.
