今年4月15日至19日,经中宣部批准,中国文联、中国作协在河北省保定市召开了全国“文艺思想座谈会”。参加这次会议的都是作家、艺术家和文艺理论家。全国各省、市都有代表参加。会议的目的是贯彻党的十三届四中全会以来的一系列指示精神,梳理和澄清一个时期以来文艺思想和理论上的大是大非问题,进一步统一文艺队伍思想,调动广大文艺工作者的积极性、创造性,坚持“二为”方向,贯彻“双百”方针,繁荣、发展社会主义文艺。会议着重讨论了如何反对文艺界资产阶级自由化及其影响问题。我院杨成寅同志应邀出席了这次会议并在大会上发了言。这里刊登的《新潮美术论纲》一文是杨成寅同志根据他在这次会议上所作发言的内容整理而成。众所周知,80年代后期在我国出现的新湖美术对美术界影响颇大,包括对美术教学的影响。我们建议对美术创作和美术教学的重要问题,包括对新潮美术的性质及其社会功能问题,按照“双百”方针进一步展开讨论和争鸣。
From April 15 to April 19 this year, approved by the Central Propaganda Department, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Chinese Writers’ Association held a national symposium on literary and artistic ideas in Baoding, Hebei Province. Attending this meeting are writers, artists and literary theorists. All provinces and cities in China have representatives participating. The purpose of the meeting was to implement a series of directives since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, to sort out and clarify the issues of big and non-affair in literary and art thinking and theory since a time ago, to further unify the enthusiasm and creativity of literary and artistic workers and mobilize the vast number of literary and art workers , Adhere to the “two for” direction, implement the “double hundred” principle, prosper and develop socialist literature and art. The conference focused on how to oppose the liberalization of the bourgeoisie in literary and art circles and its influence. Comrade Yang Chengyin of our institute was invited to attend this meeting and made a speech at the conference. The article “Trendy Art Outline” published here is compiled by Comrade Yang Chengyin on the basis of what he said at this meeting. As we all know, the new lake art appearing in our country in the late 1980s has a great influence on the art world, including the impact on art teaching. We suggest further discussion and debate on the important issues of art creation and art teaching, including the nature of the trendy art and its social functions, in accordance with the “two hundred principles.”
