目的:采用正交实验设计确定密蒙花的最佳超声提取工艺。方法:采用单因素及正交实验设计,确定最佳工艺参数。结果:最佳提取工艺为用80%的乙醇超声提取20min,固液比为1∶30。乙醇浓度对提取率影响最大,其次是固液比,提取时间影响最小。结论:与传统提取法相比,超声提取法能够提高蒙花苷的提取率,缩短提取时间,避免高温对黄酮类组分的破坏。本研究可为密蒙花的工业超声提取提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the optimum ultrasonic extraction process of Buddleja by orthogonal experimental design. Methods: The single factor and orthogonal experimental design, to determine the best process parameters. Results: The best extraction process was 80% ethanol extraction 20min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:30. Ethanol concentration had the greatest effect on the extraction rate, followed by the solid-liquid ratio, with minimal effect of extraction time. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional extraction method, ultrasonic extraction method can improve the extraction rate of Mongolian glycosides, shorten the extraction time and avoid the destruction of flavonoids by high temperature. This study may provide the basis for industrial ultrasonic extraction of Buddleja.
