目的:分析两种木通科药材三叶木通和猫儿屎种子的脂肪酸组成,以及其饼粕中的蛋白质含量和氨基酸组成。方法:采用索氏提取法提取三叶木通和猫儿屎种子的脂溶性成分,甲酯化处理后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分离和鉴定其组成成分和含量;自动化凯氏定氮仪测定饼粕中蛋白质的含量、酸解处理后用氨基酸分析仪分析其氨基酸组成。结果:三叶木通种子中油脂的含量为53.6%,多为饱和脂肪酸;饼粕中蛋白质的含量为29.9%。猫儿屎种子中油脂的含量为28.14%,以单不饱和脂肪酸棕榈油酸(59.75%)和9-油酸(14.81%)为主,多不饱和脂肪酸质量分数为6.12%,饱和脂肪酸质量分数仅占18.44%;饼粕中蛋白质的含量为17.5%。两种种子中氨基酸成分含量与成人氨基酸模式相似。结论:三叶木通和猫儿屎的种子具有开发为药用植物油或其他保健药品食品的巨大潜力,综合开发前景好,值得进一步深入研究。

The content of oil in cat feces seed was 28.14%, which was mainly composed of monounsaturated fatty acid palmitoleic acid (59.75%) and 9-oleic acid (14.81%), the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid was 6.12%, the content of saturated fatty acid Only accounted for 18.44%; the content of protein in meal was 17.5%. The amino acid content of both seeds is similar to that of adult amino acids. Conclusion: The seeds of Cloverwood and cat litter have the great potential of being developed into medicinal vegetable oil or other health care products. The prospect of comprehensive development is good and it deserves further study.
