汽车用双相钢的焊接问题主要来自于焊接过程中的热影响区的软化行为。本文以汽车用DP980双相钢为研究对象,采用半导体激光焊与YAG激光焊接法分析了焊接过程中焊接接头的硬度分布特征及规律,并分析了焊接软化区的显微组织特征,研究了母材与焊接件的力学性能与断面形貌。试验材料DP980双相钢的YAG激光焊缝的硬度、软化区的硬度及焊缝的抗拉伸性能均优于半导体激光焊接。
Automotive dual-phase steel welding problems mainly from the heat of softening during welding. In this paper, DP980 duplex steel for automobile is taken as the research object. By using semiconductor laser welding and YAG laser welding method, the hardness distribution characteristics and regularity of welding joints during welding are analyzed. The microstructure characteristics of welding softening zone are analyzed. Mechanical properties and cross section morphology of wood and weldment. Test material DP980 dual-phase steel YAG laser weld hardness, softening zone hardness and weld tensile resistance are better than the semiconductor laser welding.
