1983~1984年对徐州、宜兴、福州和海口四地株的中华按蚊的五种酶(LDH、MDH、EST、G6PD及过氧化物酶)的同工酶及糖、脂、蛋白质进行了比较研究。结果表明:1.四地株的五种酶的同工酶的PAGE比较结果无显著性差异;2.四地株的酯酶同工酶等电聚焦结果在总体上虽无差异,但在各差异带之间显示有差异且与地区间距离有关,距离越远,差异越大,表明中华按蚊种内有分化,而其分化与距离有关;3.四地株的糖、脂和蛋白质的等电聚焦结果基本一致,但在纯蛋白带之间有差异,这种差异也与分布地点的距离有关。
From 1983 to 1984, the isozymes, carbohydrates, lipids and proteins of five enzymes (LDH, MDH, EST, G6PD and peroxidase) of Anopheles sinensis in Xuzhou, Yixing, Fuzhou and Haikou were compared the study. The results showed that: 1. There was no significant difference between the isolates of five isozymes in all four isolates; 2. There was no difference in isoenzyme isoelectric focusing results Differences between the bands showed differences and the distance between the regions, the longer the distance, the greater the difference, indicating that the Chinese Anopheles species differentiation, and its differentiation and distance; 3. Four strains of sugar, fat and protein Isoelectric focusing results are basically the same, but there are differences between the pure protein bands, this difference is also related to the location of the distribution distance.
