据日刊《普罗米修斯》报道,1987年开始施工的高崎原子研究所的离子辐射研究设施已于去年10月份建成设施的主体部分——回旋加速器,就此宣告第1期建设计划顺利完成,从92年起,该设施投入实际运转。利用新的离子束代替γ射线、电子束开展放射线利用研究的基本方针是87年在原子能开发利用长期计划中决定的。在此之前,科学技术会议第十一号答询(1984年)及第十二号答询(1985年)已提出在物质材料、能源、信息电子和生命科学等领域推进高精尖技术
According to the publication Prometheus, the Ionizing Radiation Research Facility of the Takasaki Atom Institute, which started construction in 1987, completed the construction of the first cyclotron in October last year and announced the successful completion of the first phase of the construction plan.
