提出了模拟水相进料理想分馏萃取平衡态的极限法。只需给定原料组成和分离系数,极限法可以输出理想分馏萃取平衡态的组分分布、萃取段级数和洗涤段级数。极限法输出的平衡态组分分布特征,与其他方法的结果相一致。研究发现,理想分馏萃取的组分分布遵循递增规律、递减规律和中值规律。极限法输出的萃取段级数、洗涤段级数和总级数与串级萃取理论相吻合,级数误差不超过1级。
A limit method for simulating the ideal fractionation equilibrium state of aqueous feed was proposed. Only given the composition of raw materials and separation factor, the limit method can output ideal fractionation extraction equilibrium component distribution, the number of extraction stages and washing stage series. The distribution of the equilibrium components of the limit method is consistent with the results of other methods. The study found that the composition of the ideal fractionation extraction follows the law of increasing, decreasing and the law of the median. The output of the limit step by the number of extraction stages, washing stage and the total number of series and cascade extraction theory is consistent, the series error does not exceed 1 level.
